We have been with Mandi and Chris for almost two years and it has been the best experience with peace of mind knowing that they are always trying to keep your rate competitive. When we switched to them we saved so much money and still had all the coverage we needed. The best thing about having agents that get to know you and care about you is for the times your somewhat in trouble. We were taking a road trip and were in the middle of no where and it was looking like we were almost going to run out of gas. I was panicking and didn’t know what to do / was in a spotty cell phone service area. After a few minutes, I thought, let me call MANDI! I got MANDI on the phone. She was calm, knew exactly what to do, and got me conference called and connected to claims and roadside assistance. She stayed on the phone with me for awhile and then I hung up to conserve my cell battery while she stayed on the line with them to await seeing our status! LUCKILY we were able to stretch the last few miles in the truck to make it to the next gas station. It was invaluable to have her with us by our side during that incredibly stressful and scary time!
